many years of experience providing specialty molding such as soft touch over molding, film
insert molding and metal insert molding.
Secondary Operations: Include
hot stamping, laser cutting and laser
marking. We also offer assembly, ultrasonic
welding, pad printing and part painting.
Molding Procedures:
Every part we mold has its
own documented production packet. Optimum processing parameters are established
and a process window is developed during our first article testing.
We then process all future jobs within this
optimum processing window.
